Abstract
Big corporate capital has become a significant actor in the political sphere of Russian reality. In the article, the process of the formation of functional representation of corporate capital in the system of state and regional power is analyzed, and, inter alia, the thesis substantiated, that traditional lobbying is gradually pressed off the forefront to the background. The author comes to the conclusion that institutionalization of Russian companies’ participation in the authorities’ political and economic decision making proves to be an essential positive factor of socio-political development, of the formation of full value civil society in Russia.
