The Program of teaching and training bachelors in the field of international relations was elaborated at the Chair of world political processes of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations on the basis of the ideas and theses formulated within the «Dublin descriptors», on the basis of the TUNING Program («Tuning Educational Structures in Europe»), as well as of Conceptual principles of programs of teaching international relations. The presented concrete competence model is not confined only to the field of international relations and can be easily enough extended to other fields of baccalaureate teaching and training, first of all to the field of political science.
