Abstract

The article tackles the question of Mongolia’s position among large subjects of the modern world arrangement. Mongolia, the only independent state that has wholly become an organically constituent part of Inner Asia, appears as its center, as the kernel of an intermediary civilization. The unique position of the nomadic and Buddhist Mongolia provides her with potential ability to become one of the poles of the world.
