Abstract
Presidency is a core institution of the Russian political system. It develops within certain leadership models that are based on politico-psychological factors. The article presents an attempt to describe the method of conceptualizing the said models by turning to the dispositional variables (i.e. those related each time to the personality in question), as well as to the situational ones.
