Abstract

The author analyses the contemporary situation in the sphere of international security in the light of the dynamics of nuclear potentials of countries of the world in the context of conclusion of a new SOA treaty. Separately, attention is given to Russia’s new Military doctrine, to the prospects of development of her nuclear forces and of their ability of opposing potential enemy.
