Descriptions of the cases, as well as characteristics of the results, of regional analytical communities’ participation in the adoption of decisions by the organs of the state- and of municipal authority, with Republic of Karelia as example, are brought in the article. The task of upgrowth of analytical communities’ subjectivist entitativity is exposed, and problems and challenges standing out in connection with that, are especially marked.
