Abstract

Considered in the article is the philosophical conception of “deliberative policy”, elaborated by adepts of discursive ethics in German philosophy: J.Habermas and K.-O.Apel. The author of the article is rendering the history of the concept, its basic conceptual aspects and the very normative approach, within which the theory of deliberative policy appeared. That is followed by the conclusion that the conception of deliberative policy presents a topical stage of the social communication development and of democracy evolution.
