Abstract

In the author’s opinion, the transformation of contemporary Russia’s political system was going on under the conditions of the spread of political corruption, which preconditioned the state of crisis of all spheres of life both of society and of the state. A complex of measures is proposed in order to overcome the situation. The core of this complex of measures is supposed to be constituted by professional lustration of the state machinery, like the one carried out after the unification of the GDR and the FRG.
