Abstract
The political protests, that raged after the elections to the State Duma, opened a new stage of political development of Russia. Political scientists who participated in the Round Table of the Applied Political Science Faculty of the Scientific Research University (High School of Economics), were analyzing the reasons of the said events and presented their visions of the future of the Russian politics. as well as of political science.
