Abstract

By this response on the part of our collegues from two universities of Nizhni Novgorod, the Polis journal opens discussion on topical trends in today’s realm of international relations theory (IRT). Strictly speaking, the discussion in question was already actually initiated exactly by V. Konyshev and A. Sergunin in their article in Polis, 2013, No. 2.
