What is in the center of the author’s attention? It is the historical genesis of the Sovietic within the Russian socio-political practice. Analysis of the nature of the processes of reorganization of Russian society induces the author to call in question compliance of the conceptions of the reformativeness with many of the so called Russian reforms. The alternative approach – offered by the author – to the understanding of Russian socio-political life is its consideration through the prism of typologically and rhythmically reiterating formation/decomposition of the oprichnina-zemstvo model of the organization of power and of socium.
