Abstract

The modernity world order is in a crisis, getting into non-equilibrium, possibly a permanentlymobile state. Its border limits are the highly organized transnational neonomadic Community (New North)and area of the new archaic (Deep South), marked with the stigmata of the culture of death, the presenceof warlords and captured. The XX century was the century of permanent revolution; the XXI century risksbecoming a time of permanent war. Post-modernity converts the space of combat operations, forminga new norm, using new tools, creating new threats. The concept of “hybrid warfare” reflects the set ofaggressive manipulations, application of a wide range of tools that create complex combinations of direct andindirect threats to the enemy. Such “war” extends the capabilities of conventional politics and focuses on the deconstruction of adverse circumstances, submission or decomposition of the enemy with the purpose example of such a hybrid plot. It crossed several dimensions: global, regional, confessional, ethnic-national, post-modern. The phenomenon of the ISIS (DAISH) presents the world an innovative political organism, challenging the values of modernity in their confessional and traditionalist interpretations, although notexclusively. This is also a specific post-modern challenge, a simulacrum, containing its own game and valuecomponent. It is not the first time when the theme of a toxic state appears on the agenda of modernity, presenting the most traumatic inclusion in the modern text (in the form of post-colonial post-imperiallimitrophe states). Retrospective analysis helps to detect the similar processes of active “conservativefuturism” (utopianism), unfolding in similar circumstances, but historically occurring in other forms. In a globally integrated society, local and regional crises can lead to a cascade developing processes thathave universal significance. The modern event trajectories under critical circumstances are characterizedby cascade effect: actions can cause a chain reaction, calling into question the future of the world system.
