The article discusses the course and the projects of realization of the key provisions of the administrative reform in Russian Federation in the context of the world experience in this sphere. Processes are analyzed, of the reformation: of federal executive power organs' structure, of the budget planning mechanisms, of the state regulation in economy. The concluding part, the largest in the article, deals with problems of securing visibility of the state management organs' functioning, as well as with problems of citizens' interaction with the said organs under the conditions of computerization and informatization of society.
