Abstract

In this issue we present to our readers the Russian translation of fragments from M.Weber's little known essay which he wrote in 1906 to give an account of his impressions of the revolution of 1905. The fragments being published describe the situation that arose in Russia after 1905 and contain analysis of the process of modernization of the Russian monarchy. The bibliographical description of the edition used for the translation, reads as follows: Weber M.
