Abstract

A new monograph by Nadezhda Fedotova is analyzed in the critical review – a book devoted to the problems of the study of identity and of the context of its formation in modern socio-humanitarian thought. The author highlights the importance of this research for working out a relevant academic and socio-political agenda foreseeing development challenges in the 21st century. The author of the review sketches out possible directions for further study of the theme discussed by Fedotova.
