Abstract

A well-known political scientist considers in his article socio-political aspects of Russian sense of justice. He notes certain positive tendencies: for instance, it has become more frequent practice for Russian citizens to take legal action; there is growing demand for law. However, in the legal relations in our country there is still much arbitrariness and legal nihilism. In the scientist’s opinion, Russian sense of justice, by its very nature, differs from its Western analogue.
