Abstract
The author applies a uniparametric model of the Pareto principles for the assessment of the political stability in Russia by the results of voting at the latest parliamentary and presidential elections. Evaluation of the structural effectiveness on the basis of the comparison of rank distributions allowed critical analysis of different variants of electoral legislation reforming.
